The Hydra 2-Sided Rack Builder is excellent for running highly efficient team training without taking up the floor space of a Hydra Rig.
Everything that is pictured is included: 84" uprights, 30" crossmembers, 13" plate pegs and more! Additional Hydra attachments are optional. The uprights measure true 3" x 3" which is EXACTLY 76.2mm x 76.2mm, instead of the typical 75mm x 75mm uprights of other brands' imported racks.
By matching the same tubing specs as many of our American competitors, you can mix and match attachments freely without needing to stick to one brand - hello, open ecosystem! Built with modular components, so you can divide it into smaller Hydra racks to accommodate a new home gym space or family workouts with your kids. Best of all, you can gaze into your swolemate's eyes while you lift.
IMPORTANT: The Hydra series of power racks are TRUE 3" x 3" tubing with 5/8" holes, so only Hydra attachments & non-B.o.S. attachments made precisely for 76.2mm x 76.2mm uprights with 1" holes will fit.
